Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Etsy Reverse Fee Calculator (“the Service”), operated by Mizzen Studios. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Service does
The Service estimates a list price from the profit, costs, shipping and fee assumptions you enter. CSV Pro applies the same calculation to a local CSV file. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
2. Accounts and device storage
No account is required. Settings and a verified Pro checkout reference may be stored in your browser. Clearing browser data or changing device can remove local state. You are responsible for retaining your own source files and results.
3. Fees, payments and Pro access
The single-listing calculator is free. CSV Pro is a one-time £4 purchase unless a different price is shown before checkout. Stripe processes the payment; Mizzen Studios does not receive full card details. Pro access is granted only after the payment is verified. Prices include applicable consumer taxes where stated at checkout.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may leave checkout before payment without charge. If digital functionality is supplied immediately at your request, statutory cancellation rights may be affected. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For billing or refund questions contact support@json-translate.com.
5. Accuracy and professional advice
Outputs are estimates based on the values and fee settings supplied. Etsy, tax, currency-conversion and payment rules can change or vary by account, location and transaction. Check the current Etsy policies and your payment account before relying on a result. The Service is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful personal or business pricing. You must not interfere with its operation, bypass payment or entitlement checks, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
Mizzen Studios and its licensors retain rights in the Service, branding and original content. You retain rights in data you enter and files you process. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizzen Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss of data, or pricing decisions made using estimates. Our total liability relating to paid CSV Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction.
