What stays on your device
Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. CSV files never leave your device: parsing, reverse pricing, margin audits and result generation happen locally. We do not create user accounts. Your browser may use localStorage to remember analytics consent and a Stripe Checkout session reference used to restore CSV Pro on that browser.
Payments and Pro
When you choose CSV Pro, our billing service creates a Stripe Checkout session. Stripe receives payment and billing information under its own privacy notice. We receive limited transaction information such as session ID, payment status, amount, currency and product entitlement. We use it to perform the purchase contract, prevent fraud, support customers and keep required financial records. Full card details are not sent to or stored by Mizzen Studios.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and interaction events. Calculator values, CSV contents and Stripe session IDs are excluded. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. If you decline, analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer.
Server logs
Hosting and billing providers may process IP address, request time, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the Service. Logs are retained only as needed for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.
Sharing and international transfers
We use service providers including Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting and billing infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics when consented. They process data for those purposes under their terms. Some processing may occur outside the UK; providers use recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses where required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Local data remains until you clear site data. Payment and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where required. Analytics retention follows the configured GA4 property settings. Security logs are kept for a limited operational period unless needed to investigate abuse.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Use support@json-translate.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local regulator.
Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
